1. Introduction
Digital Rebelz B.V. respects your right to privacy and your right to have your personal data deleted. On this page you can submit a data deletion request.
2. What Data We Store
Depending on how you use our services, we may store the following data:
- Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
- Company information
- Campaign performance data from advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Social media insights and engagement data (Facebook, Instagram)
- Analytics and website performance data
- Communication history
3. What Happens After Your Request
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
- Your identity will be verified to prevent misuse
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days after verification
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete
4. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Data
If you log in to our services via Facebook or Instagram, or if we manage your Meta advertising or page data, you can also take the following step:
- Remove the app connection: Go to your Facebook App Settings and remove “Digital Rebelz” from your connected apps.
- Automatic deletion: When you remove the app connection, all Meta-related data stored by us will be automatically deleted within 30 days.
5. Exceptions
In some cases, we are legally required to retain certain data, for example:
- Financial records (invoices, payment data) — legal retention period of 7 years
- Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
In these cases, we will inform you about which data we are required to retain and why.
